Our existing client base, use us in many different ways. Some just call us in when they need work done that they are not confident to undertake themselves, or when they are too short of time to waste their effort on DIY repairs. Some just call us for advice from time to time. Others, depending on the size of their operations and the amount of work they need doing, prefer to have us on site one day a week or two days a month etc. Some use us to fix the odd pc, test and repair the odd cable run, whilst others use us to manage their whole infra-structure and to plan and execute full end to end solutions for them.
Our rates start from around £150.00
Costs are calculated by the amount of time our consultants spend on repairs. Any equipment purchases are displayed separately on our invoices. Where possible we give clients estimations of costs based on project times. However, as we work on very tight rates, in order to keep costs down for our small business customers, we reserve the right to adjust the final bill if actual project time frames increase due to unforeseen circumstances.
